As a Software Development Intern, you will assist in designing, developing, testing, and
improving
scalable web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with experienced developers,
UI/UX
designers, and system architects, gaining valuable exposure to full-cycle software
development in
a professional working environment.
This role provides valuable industry experience, technical skill development, and
mentorship, preparing you for a successful career in software engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated regression tests for React,
Angular, and mobile (iOS/Android) applications and API endpoints.
Write and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Jest, Cypress,
Playwright, Detox, or Appium.
Execute automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline and help expand test
coverage as new features are released.
Perform manual and exploratory testing of web interfaces, mobile apps,
workflows, permissions, and user roles.
Test REST and GraphQL API endpoints, background jobs, and database-driven
functionality.
Log defects with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, and
supporting evidence.
Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing prior to release.
Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot test failures and
quality issues.
Participate in agile ceremonies and support quality throughout the
development lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Experience testing React, Angular, and mobile applications
(iOS/Android).
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress,
Playwright, Detox, or Appium.
Thorough understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test
execution.
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication workflows, and responsive
UI testing.
