Senior Software Engineer – Work From Home (WFH)

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex web and
mobile applications.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions,
providing technical guidance to junior team members.
Identify, debug, and optimize application performance across distributed
systems and microservices.
Drive system design discussions, evaluate technology choices, and propose
innovative solutions.
Design, develop, and integrate robust APIs and backend services, ensuring
maintainability and efficiency.
Oversee database architecture, application logic, and support frontend
integration for seamless functionality.
Enforce coding standards, best practices, and maintainable documentation
across the team.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of
continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners
to ensure successful delivery of software projects.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, and apply advanced software
engineering principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native practices.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of developing software.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field or
equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Java programming and experience with Spring Boot
framework.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS).
Understanding of source control concepts and systems, CI/CD pipelines, and
Git.
Familiarity on build and deployment technologies such as Jenkins and
Docker.
Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito,
etc.).
Hands-on experience with Temporal, Kubernetes, and Datadog.
Experience with data validation and orchestration frameworks.
